IT Analyst (Application Support)
Jakarta Raya - South Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• To be key IT analyst / support for the core back-office applications
• To perform 2nd level application support
• Investigate bugs and simulate incorrect system behavior
• Track and monitor system issues
• Provide support for business users
• To describe new business requirement and improvements
• Perform software tests
• To cooperate with our international SW provider
• Take care of localization and documentation
• Report to IT Senior Manager

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Attention to details
• Strong knowledge of IT and ability to learn about new software
• Analytical mind which is able to process information logically
• Able to identify, track and see issues through to resolution
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
